1. What REvalu Is

REvalu is a property advisory service for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) in Hyderabad, Telangana. We publish resale properties and market insights, show selected new projects, and provide property management services. We act as an advisor to you; we do not act as a broker for a seller or a builder, and we are not a party to any sale agreement you enter into. The checks we have carried out on a given property are stated on that property's own page, and where a check is still outstanding we say so.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. Property details, prices, availability, and timelines are supplied by owners, builders, and public records, and may change or contain errors. We do not warrant that any property information is complete, current, or free of error.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or investment advice. Any review we carry out is limited to what is described on the relevant property page and does not replace your own due diligence. We recommend that buyers independently verify the title and encumbrance details, and check the project registration with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG-RERA), before committing funds.

Anvi Ventures Private Limited owns all content, logos, and materials on this website. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without our prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

REvalu shall not be liable for damages arising out of your use of our website or services. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages.

5. Governing Law
